Eastleigh Borough Council re-brand

After the successful re branding of Portsmouth City Council we were approached by Eastleigh Borough Council and asked to take a look at their ageing brand identity.

After an initial consultation period EBC and Whitelight proposed following a path of evolution and not revolution. We are currently working closely with the EBC Communications Team to develop the new brand guidelines and collateral templates.
