New Brand for Portsmouth City Council

Whitelight Creative has been asked asked by Portsmouth City Council to create their new brand and Corporate Identity Guidelines.

PCC, one of the largest local authorities in the UK, are keen to reflect the astonishing changes Portsmouth is going through.

Whitelight will be guided by PCC's maxim "Building a City for the Future" and of course the need to streamline and bring the price of information under control.
